Reach the desk, correct a number
This site · one address, and what it can and cannot settle
A wrong figure is the most useful message that arrives here, especially when it comes with the page or the build where the right one is printed. What cannot be settled here is anything to do with an account, a balance or a withdrawal — this site is not a casino and has no access to any of it.
What this desk is useful for
A figure that is wrong. The best possible message. Better still with the source: which catalogue entry, which rules screen, which build string. Numbers on this site are supposed to be traceable, and one that is not gets corrected rather than defended. The reasoning behind that rule is on RTP and max win.
A mechanic that does not match your screen. Slots get updated. Before writing, check the build string in the bottom-left corner of the game — the pages here were written against v_186_0008 on 24 September 2026. If yours is different, say so; that is exactly the case these pages are structured to catch.
A game in the family that is missing or misfiled. The table on eight of them is built from the maker's catalogue by hand, and a catalogue grows. A new title carrying the name is worth a message.
A question about where something came from. Every claim here has a source, and if a page does not make that clear enough, the page needs fixing.
What cannot be settled here
Anything involving your account. This site is not the platform. It has no access to a balance, a registration, a document or a history, and it does not talk to anybody's support on anyone's behalf. A stalled withdrawal, a restricted account, a refused document and a cancelled bonus are settled with the operator that holds the money, and nowhere else.
Anything involving a payout. No payout time is claimed anywhere on this site because nobody here has made a withdrawal — the reasoning is on who writes this. Asking this desk how fast a casino pays would get you a guess, and a guess is worse than the silence.
A strategy. There is not one. The golden card lands where the game puts it, and nothing between spins changes that — set out in full on the golden card.
A legal question. This site publishes no legal section and gives no legal advice.
How the site pays for itself
It is paid when a reader opens the casino through the button here and plays there.
There is no ranking on this site, so there is no position in a list to buy, and no casino name appears beside a button because the link is routed by region. Requests to be added to a list are requests about a list that does not exist.
If the message is about stopping
Then the address is not this one.
The PAGCOR National Problem Gambling Helpline, 02-8248-9568, runs free and confidential, and it is in the footer of every page on this site. It costs nothing, needs no registration, and does not require having decided anything in advance.
What can be switched on before it gets to that point — a deposit limit, a loss limit, a session reminder, a cooling-off period — is on safer play. That page carries no button, for the obvious reason.
Before writing about the game
Two things save a round trip, and both are free.
Open the maker's demo. Most questions about what the game does are settled in ninety seconds by looking at it. The free demo explains how.
Check which game you are in. Eight titles carry this name, one paying a maximum twenty-seven times lower than the rest and one that is not a slot at all. A mechanic that “does not work as described” is usually a different game.
The overview is at Super Ace Philippines, and the bonus round most questions arrive about is on free spins.
